Of course. For HW, I have a GoPro for the video (hero 6) and an AiM Solo 2 DL for the data. I've described how I connected it to the CAN bus
here.
For SW, RaceRender. It's ... fine -- a bit of a pain to align the data and video the first few times until you get a good workflow going, but after that pretty easy.
