For winter use, they are worn out, the small square blocks in the tread grooves in the first photo mark the minimum winter tread depth of 4mm. The top block is about 0.5mm from min tread (still just shows the winter snowflake symbol) the bottom block is already worn below 4mm (winter snowflake symbol worn off).
