well it's cause the M Sport Brakes is an add-on option.... meaning you don't get to keep the stock brakes....

so it's the price of the stock brakes + $650 if you were to buy them separately...

Ya the M perf brakes are basically same as M Sport just dimpled and slotted not drilled rotors... also the material of the rotors might not be the same and might be a little bit larger but not 100% sure
