For me it's the process on the front end (not the food).

Spend 5 minutes talking on the phone

or

Spend 15 minutes logging in, forgetting password, send verifcation code, get bombarded by ads, get special offers,get limited menu items, get menu items at a higher cost than hat the resturant actually charges, have to manually override the tip % from 20 to 0, enter cell #,email, cc# exp date, ccv, zip code, uncheck multiple boxes to subscribe to offers/promotions, wait for webite to process order, have an error and start all over.
