FastEddy1: This is an interesting perspective: "The difference is just under 1" in diameter, which would equal less than 1/2" on the top and bottom. This would only raise the ride height 1/2" and bring the tire 1/2" taller. I don't think the difference is huge. The tread width and section width remain the same as the 35 series."
Please let us know if you go forward with the 35 series on the 18" wheels. It would be fascinating to see how this works.
XutvJet's experiment on the 245 square set up has benefited a number of us. The vehicle should probably come from the factory with this configuration.
