Factory fronts for the M235 & 240is is typically a 225mm width tire on an 7.5" width wheel: so 8.86" tire on a 7.5" wheel. With XutvJet's set up, one has a 9.65" tire on a 8.0" wheel.
Thanks for the great info, both of you.I am getting close to getting a new setup.

Do either of you think that a 245/40/18 would work as well? The only difference is 1 inch in height difference. When I feel the space between the stock front tire and the strut height does not seem to be an issue.

I am considering the VMR 804 which is 18 x 8 with a 42mm offset.

Looking to get a more meaty setup with more sidewall for ride/potholes.

Thanks
