I experience this only when I engage auto-up on the window switch just before I go over a hard bump (speed bump or gutter). I attribute that to the jarring motion triggering the sensor. I don't consider this a problem.
My car has 13,000 miles and has been very reliable. The only issue I had was the clicking noise from the front wheels on hard cornering. The dealer did a great job taking care of the issue.
I plan on keeping this car for a long time. These reliability ratings from CR and TrueDelta are very encouraging.
