Lost connection to car

Wondering if anyone's come across this issue. The Connected Drive services in my car have stopped working over the last two days. Basically, I have no connection from the car to BMW's servers (RTTI, Weather, or remote services from my smartphone).

I have full nav and my phone's bluetooth works fine so I don't think it's the telematics unit. One thing that was suggested to me was to pull and reseat the connection from the ATM unit to reset it but the data connector doesn't solve it and I can't seem to get the power connector out of its socket.

None of my Connected Drive services have expired. I did write to BMW Connected support but good luck getting a response.

It's been a few days now so I wouldn't think it's a server down issue. Any thoughts?
