Assuming you want to change from Standard Bluetooth to Enhanced BlueTooth you will need an ENET cable (OBD to Ethernet) and ESYS software for your laptop. If you have these and can connect to the car there is a relatively simple instruction on how to change the Vehicle Order stored on the car for Enhanced Bluetooth.
