Here is a low mileage M240i (6MT) that I bought from as a CPO from Chapman BMW in Phoenix, AZ earlier in mid 2019. Two more years on the CPO warranty. It has a little over 16,000 miles on it. The car has spent it's entire life in a garage in Arizona. It had an early oil change at ~1800 miles (see attached Carfax) with the others at 4200, 8800 & 13,000 miles.
It is in very near perfect condition with the sunroof delete option. Other than a few light surface scratches, there is no spoiler/wheel rash, dents, scrapes (top or bottom side!), etc. The underside is as clean as the top. Plus, I can forward a dealership service interval video if needed. CLEAR & CLEAN AZ TITLE!!
