Finally got around to replacing the OE pads and hardware at ~39K mi. Pad thickness was still ~75%, but I was tired of the brown dust and the high metal content in the OE pads wearing the rotors. I used:

Front:
BREMBO P06088N (Daily Driver) NAO Ceramic
CENTRIC 11734047

Rear:
BREMBO P06087N (Daily Driver) NAO Ceramic
CENTRIC 11734046

As expected, they are quiet and low dust. The initial bite and braking force is definitely lower than the OE pads, but perfectly acceptable for moderate to spirited street driving. So far, I like them and glad I did it.
And, that was an EASY job.
Cleaning the calipers and wheels was the hardest part.
