I have several posts in this thread regarding my switch to Brembo pads. I started with factory sliders on my 230i, then added the M Performance brake upgrade that came with M Performance pads, then switched to the Brembo ceramics.
summary: performance is equal to slightly better than M performance pads in daily spirited driving. Dust is about 40% of M performance pads--much more dust than I have gotten using akebono ceramics on previous cars, but also significantly greater initial bite than those pads on those cars.
