You would soon get the 10k back just with the savings of your over priced petrol.  Your price difference is a lot more than NZ and we get no tax subsidises on any EV's.
What about a dealers demo 225xe the discount price is at least 10% off?
I never look at my vehicles fuel consumption just milage between battery & 1.5 engine. I wish BMW would allow me to set sport mod as my default.

I would never get the price difference back in fuel consumption, I only do low miles a year , its just a habit i have about watching the fuel costs
I didn't want to get a used / or ex demo car as this will probably be the last new one for me ,and i am very happy with it
