I have had all 3 tires but not the Conti on my 230. Michelins handle noticeably better than the DWS. AS/4 is better in the rain than the AS/3+ was.
My previous car was an Infiniti G37S and the Michelin AS/3 was noticeably better handling than the DWS. I have had both flavors of the DWS and even the + has a soft sidewall in comparison to the Michelins.
