I've had the A/S 3+, A/S 4 and DWS06 (not the plus model) and I prefer the stiffer sidewall on the Michelins as I live in the mountains and enjoy frequent spirited driving. The Continental was the smoothest/quietest ride, if that's important to you.

Unfortunately, I haven't had any of these tires on the 240 yet. When I finally got a set of the A/S 4's I thought they were a bit noiser than the A/S 3+ and wasn't thrilled with the grip in my stage 2 Golf R after switching from the Pilot Sport 4S, which is obviously in a different league.

I'll need to get some All Seasons for the 240 in the fall and am considering trying the Goodyear Eagle Exhilarate - one more you may want to check out.
