Colin, please disregard my above post. The three red rear seat lights do indeed stay on for 40 seconds after start. They go to green when the rear belts are connected. This is with no stuff or people in the rear seat area. So must be normal. Maybe intendedt to be a way for parents to see that the kids are buckled in without turning around?
