You should be good, assuming you aren’t bypassing the codes at all. Is your DP completely cat less or a high flow?
If you aren’t getting a CEL, you should pass emissions. If you have a scanning tool you can check the I/M Readiness and it will show either “n/a” “ready” or “not ready”. I passed with one reading “not ready”, they say you can have up to two saying this.
I had a CEL and had to clear it…. Then continued driving and scanned until I knew I’d pass. Swung through emissions with my exhaust reeking and no issues. Happy to help or provide more info. This is the scanner I’ve had for awhile: https://a.co/d/dw3b7Za
