You guys have any trouble with 19"s around Boston?

Was looking to get VMR 710's but kind of worried I will spend more time repairing rims then enjoying them on these roads.
I bought my car M235x used with 2K miles. Previous owner had installed a bunch of M-perf parts including 19" with wide summer tires. I have put on 3K miles since.

19" low profile look super cool and do offer better cornering.

However - one of my rims is already bent (not enough to loose tire pressure - still functional - but dealership noticed it during 12 month oil change). And the ride is noisier and less cushioned due to low profile tires.

I would not go 19". I would stay 18" or maybe even go 17" for comfort and peace of mind.

However only you can answer how much you value the improved looks. The M perf BMW 19" with low profiles do look amazing....
