Yeah... I like to go late in the evening... hardly no people except for a few BMW staff. Makes for nice photos too.

Normally until Midnight. The parking garage too. Unless there is some special event going on inside the Welt. Close to midnight is also when they change some of the car displays around. Sometimes BMW just does that during the daytime.
