I saw the movie, "Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid" right after I got out of the Army in early '70. I couldn't believe it when I heard them yell, "Shiiiiiiiiit!" when they jumped off the cliff and into the river.
The theater manager let us in free because my wife worked there during my last 12 months in the Army. She worked the ticket booth out front. Lot's of guys tried to get a date until she flashed her wedding ring in their direction. Heh! |
Yep, good movie. I saw it in the theater too. I was 14 or 15. Don't remember if I saw it when it first came out, in 1969, or later in 1970.
