I picked up another door ding
This time I saw the guy do it and his company name was plastered on the door so I sent off a blast to make myself feel better, but now need to think about whether to repair it.
Normally, paintless repair is fine but this particular hit is on the character line on the rear quarter where the windows don't roll down to give access to the backside of the sheet metal. There are two possible options:
- Drill a hole in the door frame to get access - I am loathe to go this route as I don't like the idea at all.
- Remove the tail light assembly and try access it from there - it seems like a long reach and am wondering whether the repair can be efffective?
Any thoughts?
