18x8.5 ET45 will require the front spacer you mentioned, but can be a direct fit with a 245/35-18 tire with the MPS4S. it does vary a bit based on your ride height and the car. Some guys with this setup need a bit of additional negative camber in order to get it to clear. You may already be aware of it but if not you should check out our 18" forged group buy that is currently ongoing!
