Google this for you people that want an oil change every 200 miles. Consumer Reports ran a two year study back in 1996 on the New York City taxi fleet. They changed half the cars at 3,000 like some mechanics suggested and the other half at 7,500 miles (none synthetic) for two years with mileage over 100K and after two years they concluded like me that if you changed the oil at 3,000 the companies were pissing good money away. No statistical differences in service level or wear and tear on the autos. It may make you feel like something special but your wasting money.
