@Josh240 Do you mean these pieces? There are two components, the larger, black flat plate and the inner, curved-profile,
faux-chrome piece.
Which did you have wrapped? Or did you do both? I removed the
faux-chrome piece, sanded and resprayed it matt black, and the only issue was removing/replacing the rather fussy arrangement of pins where it attaches to the plate.
