Looking at India, Singapore and Vietnam, weather seems to be a factor. Good news for USA and Europe and Asia, bad news for Brazil. I think when it is all said and done Brazil will be the worst hit country in the world. They have a nut for president, Favelas and a culture of "don't worry, live the moment".
