im pretty sure these are more trick than that.
I have a MY17 M240 with the adaptive XENON and they do all sorts of dancing.
Especially when the active highbeam is ON. Ill be driving directly behind somone and the lights will go around and in front of the car in front while maintaining a dark "black box" section directly behind the car in front. Quite strange to watch, but amazes me how much more vision i can get without disturbing other road users.
