Pardon me for being a newbie…. but what do these exhaust tip finishers do aside from the obvious cosmetic upgrade? Do they change the sound? If so, is there a thread? Increase performance?
More importantly, how hard is it to install? Can I do this myself? Just screw it on maybe?
