I brought up the same question sort of when shopping around for my intake and what I took from it was the main difference between intakes was the open box versus closed box. I finally settled on the aFe Magnum, though originally I was going to go with the Momentum. It was recommended to me that if I wanted to save a bit of money then go with the BMS intake, but if I were looking for something that looked a bit better under the hood, go with aFe Magnum.
