11 hp without any changes is a significant difference. Once you run a map that takes advantage of the higher flow, you will double the gains.
Upgrade your fueling or your turbo, and you will triple the gains.
These are excellent numbers; Steve Dinan knows it as he is a good tuner. But he is also an even better salesman
