225 is factory size for front, and will give the most room for offset when you pick your rims.

255 will easily fit in the rear, as long as the offset of the rear rims is correct for that size.

The sidewall will be smaller on a 245/30-19 than a 245/35-19 and an ever rougher ride. Since you are AWD you need to make sure the front and rear tire diameters are not different by more than 5%.

Ok you seem to be lost here. First, decide if you want staggered or square setup. Staggered is when the rear tires are larger (wider) than the fronts. It looks cooler, but you will get more understeer as you now have more rear grip than front and your car is already AWD.

Then decide HOW MUCH of a stagger you want. Do you care if you have 225 front and 265 rear or do you want them close?

Now you know a basic size front and rear, decide if you want the cool look of 19s or the better ride of 18s. Find a wheel to match the tire sizes and now you know the limitations of the front and rear offsets. Make sure the wheel you picked you can afford and come in those offsets.

Now that you know exact what wheel you will order (and the offset of it), narrow down the extra tire sized you want for the offsets and the front to rear diameter difference.

If you go with SQUARE setup (front and rear tires are same size), it will be easier to find wheels and now you can rotate your tires diagonally instead of just across. But wont look as cool and now your rear tire size is limited by what you can fit on the front. A 235 (or 245 if youre careful with offset) is the biggest you can go square. You can do 225 (small) up to 245 front, and up to 265 rear.

Now you know your wheel offset, and wheel width, now you can think about the aspect ratio (30 to 40) to get the front/rear diameter to match.
