I got my 2017 M240i xDrive at Elmhurst BMW. Sales rep is Dave Hubner. Great guy, very low key, very straightforward. Highly recommend him. I can't speak to the service aspect, as I had limited experience with their service department.
On a side note, for personal reasons, I had to get out of a two door coupe and into a four door sedan. I ended up getting an Audi A6 and traded in the M240. The M240 is on the Continental Audi Naperville lot. It's cherry. Less than 11K miles in mint condition. They've listed it at $38,791. The sales rep there is Mitch Massaro. Also very professional, low key and easy to work with.
