While the tracking website is better than before, it still leaves a lot to be desired. My M240 went from at the port (in Germany) to in transit (across Atlantic), then back to at the port (VPC stateside) then back to in transit (on truck to PC/dealer).
Best way to get more accurate info is to ask your CA or call BMW Genius and they can tell you.
