There are two different types of TPMS.
Basic is where it will detect a puncture through the rolling diameter of the wheel becoming different to when you initiate the system.
The you have the other version where you get the individual tyre pressure and temperature displayed I the idrive menu. You know if you have this as the tyre valves are different as they have sensor s in.
