I was told the free maintenance plan only covers stuff under bmw recommended intervals ie first oil change is recommended at 10,000 miles. So if someone wanted to go in at 1,200 miles after break-in, it would be outta your pocket. But I'm gonna try to see if they'll cover it once I go past 1,200 b/c that's dumb that they advertise free maintenance and won't let you do it when you want.
Anyone else heard different from their dealership?
