From the looks of it though the only issue seems to be tip alignment. Not sure if that can be fixed by just adjusting the exhaust a bit or if new tips will need to be welded on with a slight S bend. I think the tips without the slip on ends look great as is, and all it really needs is just an angle cut to match the body line.

So weird that when I try to use subtitles it doesn't give me the auto-generate option and only shows German. Anyway, as far as the tips go, I have MPE carbon tips on my exhaust since my m240i is an M Performance Edition (doesn't have the MPE exhaust, just the carbon fiber tips). So I am hoping I can take the carbon fiber tips off and put them on the MPPSK exhaust.
