I had this very question.
Track/S recommended using the HR (I think it was HR) instead of CSR. I run the CSR front and love it. Eventually I'll get his diff lift kit and may do a bar install at that time. I like the way it feels with stock rear sway so I'll need to think about that upgrade. Not any easy swap.
