Thanks for the clarification. I was pretty sure they were independent, though both use the same coolant, and both were low. The turbo coolant was only a little bit low. The engine coolant was at least a couple cups low.
The car is still at the dealer. They added some dye to try and see where the coolant is going, but since it's a pretty slow loss, I suspect I'll be getting the car back with a "call us when you get the warning again." That's fine, except it seems to be very low before the warning comes on.
