Most 245's cannot be safely mounted on a 7.5" wheel. 245/35/18 and 245/40/18 would both require a 8" wheel minimum. A 245/45/18 will fit on a 7.5" wheel as it has a taller sidewall and can flex a little more.
With that said, people will attempt to squeeze 245s on 18x7.5 wheels, but it is not recommended and would void the warranty of the tire.
