Please correct me if I'm wrong. I have never purchased custom wheels before, so I've been racking my brain trying to figure out the best offsets. I do not plan to lower my car and do not want the wheels to "poke".
Looking at this thread, it seems like most people running 19" VMRs are using the following:
(F) 19x8.5 ET35 | 225/35/19
(R) 19x9.5 ET45 | 255/30/19
The staggered OEM wheels are the following:
(F) 18x7.5 ET45 | 225/40/18
(R) 18x8.0 ET52 | 245/35/18
For the OEM wheels to reach the offset of the above VMR setup, wouldn't it be the same as adding a 22mm or 23mm spacer in the front and a 26mm spacer in the rear? That seems like quite a lot when many on this board are using spacers betwen 10mm - 15mm.
