Update! Got New 4S rubber on all four corners. When I brought my car in to swap the tires, I noticed the psi in the front was 28 and 29, and rear was 35 and 36.

On my door jam, the sticker calls for 38 in the front and 45 in the rear. Is this optimal? Feels a bit weird.. hard to explain. It goes 2psi up on all corners when warm. Wondering now if under inflation had something to do with the premature wear as I was ~10psi under on all four corners. Also don't understand why the car didn't say anything to me or give me any warnings for low pressure. Will monitor and check them myself more closely now that I'm aware of this...

After putting new tires on, car still drives very straight. I think it's just going to be the tow that is off in the front right. Because of this I'm putting the camber mods on the back burner and looking more at lowering springs for now.

Local race shop quoted me 5 hours for the springs install.. seems a bit excessive, I was expecting more like 2-3. Does it really take that long? Thanks!
