Holy thread revive lol ...Simple answer is, I believe, 100oct or higher is required in Map7 (plus FBO).
IF your current vehicle can handle whatever ethanol mix is needed to achieve said octane(e50/e60), then you're all set. From what I have read, some good mods to support this are JB4+backend flash, LP fuel pump upgrade, "in-line booster" Fuel-IT mod i think it is.
There may be more but maxed out trims is our first hurdle from running anything too far up north of E30. This is the same reason I am just about to get the e85 BEF from BMS/MHD
