Helmet fit is a big factor in on-track comfort, so don't just go with the cheapest (different shapes, and each person is different, so no real 'universal fit' - trying them on (or at least a similar one from the company you are interested in, is necessary (or was for me). If you aren't near a distributor or big shop, you may need to work s/t out with the suppliers.
FWIW, I dealt with Northstar Motorsports and they were very good about sending me different helmets to try, and I returned the ones that did not fit. This may not work now that VCOVID is here, but worth an ask. And Zeckhausen Racing was great for brake advice and supplies (not the cheapest, but well worth it).
