Make sure you understand when the Road Hazard conditions apply and do not. I was not able to use my wheel insurance when I ran over a concrete block on I-81. They said it was a collision not a road hazard and I had to collect on my Auto Insurance. My insurance company covered both wheels and tires and did not charge me for the incident because several cars in front of me also hit it. I had an incident report from the NY State Police to back it up.
