The ODYSSEY 49-950 seems to be the way to go. I'm willing to accept the +6 lbs. in the trunk. It will get me a little closer to a 50/50 weight distribution.

You'll be happy with either one. I am a big fan of FCP Euro for lots of reasons, price and support being two. But get if from them and you also get their lifetime warranty. When I got mine from BattyMart their price was the lowest and free shipping. Not even close at this time.
Good luck and doing it now gives you another five years and some piece of mind.
