The BMW branded lug wrench is actually very nice and set to the proper torque. I don't have the part # but if you search you should be able to find it. There are quite a few threads on this topic. You also may want to get a longer breaker bar to keep in the trunk for stubborn bolts.
BTW I've also got an E46 mine is a ZHP but think they all came with the same spare kit. That scissor jack is horrible and dangerous don't use it.

Thanks for the heads up on the BMW wheel bolt torque wrench. I think I'll get one of those.
I've used that jack in my daughter's ZHP. It's bizarre. I can't believe BMW made it and equipped the E46 with it from the factory.
