It looks like it may well be a good offer. My math: $6,000 CAD = ~$4,560 USD, 80% of which is ~$3,650 USD or $4,800 CAD

The best discounted pricing I found after a quick search on part no. 27108643149 was $3,971 USD, so your dealer's offer is certainly in the ballpark.
