Thanks for the update! A few days ago, the high-rpm stuttering stopped happening, furthering my thought that it's probably to do with fueling or coil packs. Luckily, it's not my daily. However, I still want to do the transfer case oil change as preventative maintenance. What oil did you use when you changed yours?
