Probably just because I'm concentrating on looking further around the corner. But then I find myself tilting my head even more on corners where the car is just not coming around. As if tilting my helmet over will alter the weight distribution and help it corner better.

Harnesses fix that. A race chair helps even more. They make you faster, too, with less effort. And altogether safer, as well.
