Why would tracking status revert from “In Transit” back to “At the Port”?
Tracking my VIN indicates that the car has been in transit via Hoegh Autoliners for about two weeks and arrived in Baltimore two days ago. However, status has reverted back to “At the Port”. Technically, that’s true if it did indeed arrive at the port of Baltimore but why wouldn’t it just say “In Transit” until it arrives at the dealership? Is it possible it never got on the boat and is still in Bremerhaven?
