My experience was almost identical to Scott's:
my BMW dealer charged $264.02 for the manual trans fluid change
labor $187.50
fluid $76.52
This was in 2019
the fluid was MTL-5 (part# 83-22-2-239-654) and the volume charged was 2 liters
